Pros: Check-in process was nice. High ceilings in the room Cons: Noisy. There’s a loud train nearby and very thin walls. I knew when my neighbor showered, pee’d, left, sneezed, etc. Rust on lights Musty smell in the room I shouldn’t complain about a free breakfast. Compared to other similarly priced stays, it was sub-par. Conclusion - not the best, not the worst. There are better values for the price point.

Housekeeping never made our bed when we asked them to do so. Parking is limited. Some work was being done so around 9 it was very loud.

I like the property because it is easily accessible. The hallway on 2nd floor was a little dirty but I suspect that was because of the renovation going on. The night clerk was in with a cold and was coughing and sneezing. Fortunately, I didn't get a cold.

I had a terrible stay. The place was filthy, and I had to change rooms. After that, I had to bring all the linen to the front desk because the bedding had not been changed. It is unacceptable for a business to operate in such a filthy environment—chemical bottles with no labels.

C+ hotel
This no better than a C+ hotel. The HVAC only had A/c which wasn't controllable so the room was about the temp of a meat locker. Only 2 of USB chargers worked, the tub was slippery as all get out and the breakfast was meager and poor. Room was clean, neighborhood seemed safe.

Looks great on the outside but is in need of renovation on the inside. Carpets are worn and have cigarette burns and stains. Room amenities need replacing- toilet seat had burn marks, chips in the bathtub. It may have been freshly vacuumed but had the appearance of not being clean due to the wear in the carpets.
