Great location! Everything is within walking distance. The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms are clean while the bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped.

The property is an old building, but that's how Rome is, so that is normal for Rome. The staff is very helpful and you are in the middle of everything. Also I walked from the train station there and back. It's a 10 min walk. The property has no elevators. but the staff will help if you would need it.

You can hear everything in breezeway and hot water does not work properly. I took many showers with warm or cold water. There are three flights of stairs to climb no elevator that I was told about. The staff was amazing and helped with all our needs and the lady in-charge of breakfast was very nice after 10am when arriving late! The location is great and tv worked perfect for our 4yearold. Heater and AC worked great too.

We stayed here for a total of 3 nights and it was a good stay. Alex greeted us when we arrived and was kind enough to show us a little of the hotel areas for us to use. The room was as shown in the photos, cosy clean and had the basics and a bit more for our stay. The shower area was a bit small, but in general the bathroom offered sufficient space and privacy. The hotel is very close to the main landmarks in Florence, it is also located in a busy street with coffee shops, small restaurants and bars. All in all we really liked it. I really hope we can come back.

Location was undoubtedly great. It was very easy to walk around and go to everywhere. You can easily go to train stations or restaurants from the hotel. Room was clean and staff was warm and friendly. However, the wall was not soundproof. We could hear the neighbors talking from our bed.

It’s a great location and it’s very nice to be on that side for easy access to most attractions and shopping. It’s an old building but kept up and the staff were wonderful. Even walked us to the train station for the airport and helped with the ticket.
