This stay was excellent. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, and very clean. The location is very centric and there are plenty of places to eat and shop.

Room was nice, clean and cozy. Sink drained slowly due to hair being trapped in the sink drain. However, after checking out and receiving my car back from the recommended parking (S. Antonio Garage) by the front desk agent, our bag and gifts had been removed. i hope that you will look into better security for the guest that decide to stay at your property and using the recommended parking suggested by you staff.

Perfect location for transport links and seeing the sights. Staff extremely friendly. Good choice at breakfast and didn’t feel rushed to leave. Very busy but still peaceful. Room kept clean and tidy by excellent housekeeping service.

"I chose this hotel for its proximity to the train station and city center, and it proved to be an excellent decision." FYI The hotel room I was in, has the tiniest shower space I've ever experienced.

The property was quite basic but the staff were helpful and efficient. Although everything was within easy walking distance which was great, pick pockets were rife. One of us had our bag stolen outside the hotel. As we were on our way to the airport, this was a nightmare!

Room did not have much of a view in the standard double, and couldn’t get a upgrade do to how busy it was being Easter but that would be the only downside of it all. loved the view and drinks from the bar on top of the hotel. Breakfast in the hotel was great, and hotel is located in great location close to train station and all amenities! Definitely would go back

Honeymoon stop

The location and staff were wonderful. We stopped in Florence for only one night to ride scooters in the Tuscany hills. The hotel was conveniently located between the train station and the scooter station. The staff took excellent care of us while we were there.

So this little hotel is in a very busy area - simply trying to walk down the street with your luggage feels like you’re navigating an obstacle course. At 2 am we were watching from our balcony the drunk people down on the street (very amusing). That being said, it’s in a very convenient location if you’re there to see the sights of Florence. We were able to walk to almost everything. The furthest away point of interest in our itinerary was probably the Piazzale de Michelangelo where people go to watch the sunset. The staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar served as a lovely way to sit and relax with a glass of wine after a long day of walking and sightseeing. And the breakfast is so good! For the price you really can’t go wrong here!

Close to the train station and most attractions are walkable. Looks like rooms are being renovated. While our room was a good size, the bathroom was tiny and cramped - and in need of a renovation. Breakfast was good with a plenty of optons. The view from the terrace is amazing. The neighborhood is busy and noisy.

Hello, although the staff was accommodating and professional, the beds at this hotel were terrible. They were so hard we hardly slept. The next day we did ask for some kind of a mattress and they supplied that for us, but it still wasn't good enough to get a good nights sleep. The area around this hotel is extremely noisy. The rooftop bar was lovely. There was good shopping close to this hotel and lots of restaurant choices but overall, if you're not getting a good nights sleep, then the rest of your day is not great.
