毎日の部屋の清掃は不要ですが、ゴミ交換をお願いすればよかった。部屋にドライヤーがあり便利。価格も立地もスタッフさんもよかったです！バルコニーがあるのが最高。眺めもいいですよ。 施設までのエレベータはありません。

Сутки во Флоренции соло.
Все здорово! Очень близко к станции Санта-Мария Новелла. Рядом супермаркет CONOD, брала там горячую еду на ужин. Номер был двухместный с двухспальной кроватью, жила одна, так как не хотелось ни каких соседей. В номере раковина, зеркало, стол, стулья, тумбочки, шкаф, комод. Для одной ночи всего хватило, думаю можно останавливаться и на дольше. С балкона кухни открывается волшебный вид на купол Дуомо. На кухне холодильник, чайник, микроволновка, стол, стулья. Из еды есть чай, сахар, соль. Мне не хватило плиты для приготовления еды, но на сутки как раз нормально. Научилась гототовить яичницу в микроволновке. Вай-фай был хороший, дали одно полотенце, но в шкафчике у душа были полотенца для ног, которое постелила себе в комнате, так как у кровати нет ковриков. Заранее прислали пароль от входной двери, что было очень удобно. Спасибо большое!

샤워기만 빼면...
숙소가 엘리베이터가 없는 3층에 위치해있는데 직원분께서 체크인할때 캐리어를 들어주셔서 편했어요. 위에 올라가서는 직원분이 친절하게 근처 관광지, 맛집 그리고 편의시설에 대한 정보를 알려줘서 좋았어요. 2인실을 썼었는데 객실은 넓고 좋았고 방안에 세면대가 있어서 좋았습니다. 하지만 물에서 염소냄새가 너무 많이 난건 좀 그랬어요. 욕실하고 화장실이 같이 있는데 2개밖에 없어 시간을 잘맞춰서 가야 사람들하고 안겹쳐서 사용할수있을거같더라고요. 그리고 아침에 샤워할때 한쪽 공용화장실 샤워기 수압이 너무 약하게 나와서 샤워하는데만 30분 넘게 걸렸네요 그게 좀 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 그것만 빼면 위치도 나쁘지않고 관광지하고도 그리 멀지않아 괜찮았습니다.

El apartamento esta bien, viejo pero esta bien conservado. Buenas vistas y esta muy cerca de todo. Esta en el centro, 5 minutos desde la estación del tren y hay muchos restaurantes y supermercados en la zona. El señal de la wifi esta muy bajo, no llega mucho en la habitación, el personal esta muy amable y muy atento. Nos ayudó mucho y nos explicó todo lo que tenemos que saber en la zona.

Disappointing
We have stayed one night in this hotel, however it was sufficient to have an unpleasant experience. The room didn't smell well, the pillows were with a very unpleasant smell and the furniture was old and uncomfortable. There are only two shared bathrooms, that is insufficient considering the number of guests, that will be a problem specially in the morning. The bathrooms were not clean.

離火車站近，如果有大行李藥列入考慮，我們沒注意到沒電梯！另外不知道hotel.com或飯店端哪邊出問題，已付費完成到check in時卻說我們沒付錢，後來check out換另一個員工時證明我們已付清，但還是影響旅遊心情。

We stayed in a private room and really enjoyed how quiet it was. The room had a sink and an awesome view. Airconditioner was working really well and was free to use. Location is fantastic as well. However, it was dirty. When the cleaners came, they never cleaned the bathroom. They only changed the towels on the floor and closed shower doors. The shower was full of hair and dirty, it was really disgusting to shower in the bathroom next to room no. 5.

ostello a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro
casa antica, pulitissimo e silenzioso, ma al terzo piano senza ascensore, bagni in comune e lavandino in camera. Molto spartano. Va benissimo per una o due notti. E' a due passi dalle Cappelle Medicee e dalla stazione, quindi comodissimo per gli spostamenti.

Great location, spacious rooms, but...
We booked an apartment to ourselves mainly for the kitchen facilities and the apartment was very spacious (can fit up to 6 people). Location was great, close to the station, the duomo, markets, supermarket, shops, etc. Also nice view on the balcony. However on our last day, we decided to come back early afternoon (3pm) to drop some things off before heading out and whilst we were in our apartment, someone tried to open our apartment door with a key (we had the chain on so they couldn't actually come in). When we went and opened the door, they ran down the flights of stairs. The apartment needed another set of keys to open and that door was opened too. When we went to look for staff straight away for an explanation, with hesitation we were told it was another staff member wanting to check the heater in our room...

Perfect location and view
A great welcome from Leonardo who gave us a map and showed us the best places to visit around the city. We had a double room and could lie in bed looking at the Duomo on the skyline, perfect. Lovely cafe next door and supermarket handy too. A great choice.

딱 가격 만큼의 가치를 하는 숙소 입니다.
일단 숙소 찾기가 매우 어렵습니다. 구글 지도를 보고도 그 곳을 찾는데 무려 1시간 가까이 썼습니다. 간판이 없고 전화해서 물어봐도 주소만 불러주었기 때문입니다. 그리고 매우 지저분 합니다. 아주 낡은 수건을 매일 다시 빨아서 주긴 합니다만 헐었고 이불도 다 낡은 것을 줍니다. 숙소도 매우 지저분 합니다. 근데 위치는 정말 좋습니다.
