The suite has the most incredible ceiling and unique layout. We enjoyed our time here. The staff were all very friendly. Great location and we could walk everywhere we needed to.

Location, location, location! All major points of interest in walking distance. Nice and clean room with very comfortable bed (hard mattress - exactly what we like) not to mention friendly hosts, thank you Rafaele! We spent eight nights there and would happily stay there in the future.

Great hosts, perfect location. Felt very central to everything and only 10-15 minute walk from the tram which takes you direct from the airport. The room it’s self was perfect with a nice continental breakfast in the morning and rooms cleaned daily.

The staff and the owner are very nice and friendly and helpful . This is probably my 5th time staying in this property when I come to Florence. The location is fantastic , close to Duomo ( Santa Maria Flore ) and close to all the famous landmarks / attraction of Florence . Also , the price is affordable

We enjoyed our stay at N4U Guest House in Florence last week. Our bedroom was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. However just a heads up that the room temp is a bit high even with it being set at 18(the lowest it'd go). N4U is also located in the heart of the Historic Center, so you are a 5-10 minute distance from everything, the Cathedral de Santa Maria de Fiore, Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio, countless more museums and sorrounded by all types of restaurants at all price points. This place is for all travellers who don't mind skipping the elevator and walking up the stairs. Since the Guest House is located on the 4th floor (#3) and there isn't an elevator, prepare for quite a walk up the stairs. Breakfast is also included which we liked and there was a good variety of options to choose from. The staff is also very friendly, and welcoming, and even let us keep our baggage at N4U after check out for more sight seeing. The only thing we were a bit wierded out by was that we left our room early in the morning to go see Michaelango's David at the museum at 8am the day of check out and were back at the Guest House at 9:20 a.m. When we opened the front door to the Guest House we saw the hotel manager coming out of our room. He laughed and we were caught of guard, and then reminded us breakfast and check out was until 10. We laughed and didn't say anything but we found it wierd he was peeking in or coming out of our room without an explanation.

Great location! It is about a block away from the Duomo! But still very quiet! However, it is on the 4th floor of an old building with no lift, lots of stairs. The problem that I had, it was not clearly marked where in the building it was, I wish they had a sign that said fourth floor, we didn’t know where to go. The room was beautiful, safe and clean!

Location location location is so important . It’s few blocks from Duomo and other top highlights of Florence . The property is very clean and Raffaele is very helpful . I love the building itself . The building is probably from 1600 . The owner of the BnB modernized the room but kept the beautiful old ceiling . So you really experience entering a medieval period when entering the building and climbing the stairs . And experience present as you enter the rooms

my most favorite hotel room on this trip! steps from the Duomo, but in the room you'd never know - it was quiet and serene. The room itself was huge and gorgeous, with brick ceiling that had curved eaves. a soaking tub on a stone platform was a special treat. beware - it is up 3 floors with no elevator, but was worth it to us
