From check in to check out this hotel is perfect The staff were so friendly and helpful. The proximity to the sites is excellent, very walkable or short rides to anything you want to see in Florence. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, extremely helpful and went above and beyond to satisfy. The renovated rooms were extremely nice for such an old part of the city. The breakfast was also very good. I would not stay anywhere else the next time I visit Florence.

Amazing hotel! The manager and staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. So much attention to detail. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, it’s within walking distance to everything! Outside the hotel is a cute little piazza with restaurants and sometimes a live opera singer just outside! It was so quiet at night, they have these amazing windows in your room that block out all noise. They also offer a free international breakfast buffet which was excellent! Top notch!
