It's a great hotel. Minutes from the train station. The staff were very helpful and nice. My room was so quiet, even with the window open, I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was very good.

Overall good experience, nice staff. Except for the false alarm at 4am in the morning, and I called the reception at least 4 times during different times, no one picked up the phone. It is not for emergency issues, but still…. Besides this, the stay was enjoyable, the false alarm and calls might be a random incident…..

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The customer service was outstanding — the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. A special shout-out to Giovanny at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right.
