No heat in bathroom, could not keep door open because of bright lights from car wah behind motel. No coffee the room, noisy in the room above me. Lots of shutting doors at 5:30 a.m. So no good sleep. A little hard to get in and out of Property.

Service deteriorating quickly
When I first stayed here, they were very friendly, but the more I stay, the less friendly and more entitled the front desk people get. The bathtub also leaked and they refused to give us more towels to clean it up so I had to use a blanket. They got really mad and refused to exchange the comforter when we checked in for a second night because I was still sick. Also, this is an awful place for smokers. They yell at you for smoking under the covering outside the room and don't provide an area that is covered. Further, the parking lot floods badly so they expect you to stand in a foot of water getting soaked while you smoke

The room was clean but had a very strong chemical (possible cleaning agent) smell. Had to open windows to try and air out. The area is noisy on the corner of two highways. But room basic and bed very comfortable. Alone I would stay there again.

The property is worn down. No towel racks in the bathroom. It was clean but shabby. Ask for a recommendation for a seafood restaurant and was told she does not eat out so wouldn't know.
