3 Night stay in Firenze
We stayed here for three nights with a family of 4. The apartment had more than enough space for our family. Veronica greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment. She has snacks and water waiting for us. Such a nice add on. The washer came in handy and was used multiple times. The best part of the stay was all the additional information Veronica provided. Always a quick message away. She gave us the best advice on crema to purchase for the mosquito bites we got when visiting a previous village! Thank you for everything, Veronica!!

Just WOW on all levels
This property is ideal for accommodation. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is perfectly suited for two couples or four friends. Each bedroom is exceptionally spacious and offers complete privacy for its occupants, with exceedingly comfortable beds. The bathrooms are also designed to provide independent privacy for each bedroom. Although we did not utilise the courtyard due to its proximity to the neighbouring bedroom, and our desire to avoid disturbing them, the times we spent in the apartment were mostly for rest, and the beds met all our needs. The host's communication was exemplary—helpful and considerate throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Florence. The location is perfect, with all major sites within a ten-minute walk. Of all the cities I have visited worldwide, Florence stands out as the most beautiful, and this apartment significantly enhanced our experience. Thank you

This is a great apartment in a great location! The apartment was very clean, updated and spacious. Had everything we needed. Just pack your clothes. We had a rental car and the parking garage was close by. The apartment was close by all the major attractions and very good restaurants. I do not have words to say about our new friend Veronica! Check-in process was easy and her recommendations of where and when to go were spot on. Veronica went above and beyond! Will definitely go again! Grazie Mille!

Perfect for 4 adults; liked the bedroom separation and separate bathrooms, nice patio area and fully stocked kitchen (not that we used more than the fridge!). Excellent communication with host. 15 minute walk to just about everything we wanted to see.

Location, location, location!!!
This property is fabulous in so many ways! Ten minute walk from most all the top sites, three minutes from a grocery store and several great restaurants. Our host met us at the property for check-in, responded to questions immediately, reserved our taxi back to the train station - couldn't ask for better! Everything was super clean and as advertised on the VRBO app. You can't beat the value for this property. Recommend and would definitely book again.

Cute and convenient apartment in heart of Florence
We loved our 6 night stay at Sauro and Veronica's apartment in Florence. The location was centrally located to the major sites, attractions, restaurants, and train stations (all within 15-20 minute walk). The apartment was on the ground level which meant we did not need to haul our luggage up flights of stairs. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was very convenient for our group of 4 adults. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessities, including tea and coffee (both Italian and American style) and the outdoor patio was lovely. Pre arrival communication was excellent and our hosts were responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Florence again. Thank you Sauro and Veronica for being such wonderful hosts!

Like staying at a great friends place!
We loved staying here! The hosts were so gracious and kind, that we felt like we had family in case we needed anything. We were 2 couples traveling through Italy, so it was wonderful having a washing machine, the fact the hosts leave laundry detergent, an ironing board, and drying rack was a bonus! So many amenities that they have thought of everything! This home away from our home was only 15 minutes to the Duomo, 15 to the Ponte Vecchio, and 20 from the train station if you walk. A cab was only $18 if you prefer that. Tons of restaurants nearby and a very, very safe and walkable neighborhood. If we ever get back, there is no question we will stay here again. Thank you for having us!

I would definitely recommend this property. The location is ideal and the property was clean and had a lot of space, as advertised. We were able to walk to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Galleria dell’Accademia, Uffizi, and Palazzo Pitti (with Boboli gardens). And there were a lot of shops and dining options within walking distance as well. The owners were very responsive, helpful, and organized. They provided information about local markets and sight-seeing options within walking distance. They also thought through all the details and provided umbrellas we could borrow, small snacks when we first got in, and extra blankets. They even helped us to coordinate a taxi ride to the Termini when we checked out. I highly recommend this property.

My family of three stayed at this wonderful property and it was lovely. Everything has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible down to cotton buds, shampoo/conditioner and umbrellas! The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use with a great coffee machine. A supermarket is a 2minute walk away. We also used the washing machine which was useful whilst travelling for an extended period of time. The beds were very comfortable and the whole property was quiet and beautifully laid out. Communication with the owners was exceptional. They kindly booked us a taxi for the station on two occasions which was of enormous help to us. We have no reservations in recommending this property to anyone. The location is fantastic- turn right for a funky part of town or left to see the major sights. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Live like a local
Lovely apartment with plenty of space for our family right in the heart of Florence. Walking distance to everything, including cute local places like coffee shops and farmers markets. Our daughter got sick while we were there and our host was incredible! She brought extra sheets and towels and shared local ailment cures (a special biscuit and tea) which helped! She is very responsive and would FaceTime me if I had questions around how to use anything. The only difference in check in was that we had to meet our host in person which was easy but just different from in the US. Would absolutely stay here again! Would give 10 stars if we could.

Wonderful, Quiet, Very Clean.
Victoria and Sauro’s apartment in Florence was perfect for our 4 night stay. It’s quiet and conveniently located within walking distance to many sites and two very good kosher restaurants. Plus, it is close to a piazza with coffee shops and gelato. The apartment is spacious and immaculately clean. We appreciate that they were able to be flexible with check-in time. We would stay there again should we ever return to Florence.

A wonderful stay
This apartment was absolutely perfect. Not only was the location excellent (10 minutes from the Duomo) but also it had every amenity you could think of! The place was so well thought out! The flat was on the ground floor (with two steps up to the door- but they weren’t steep or unsafe) which was really helpful for my dad who uses a walking stick. It also had two seperate bathroom and double bedrooms separated by two sets of doors and a hallway (which felt like it was almost two seperate apartments with a shared living space) which maximised privacy for all. The owners were super kind and supportive and helpful and we are so grateful to them! We would LOVE to stay here again!

A fine time in Florence
My wife, our daughter and I spent 6 wonderful days in Florence. We had a great visit and a large part was due to staying at Sauro and Veronica’s apartment. The apartment was in a very convenient location— a short walk to the duomo, Uffizi, Accademia and really good restaurants, morning coffee spots and more. Veronica met us at the apartment and explained everything about the place. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms— a real plus when traveling with family. We used the washer more than once and it makes a big difference when traveling for an extended time. Communication with Sauro and Veronica was very easy— especially when I accidentally left the house without the keys. It was a bit late in the evening. I called Sauro and Veronica in a panic. They responded right away and within a ten minutes they came to our rescue. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

We love Florence. Host was pleasant and helpful. When we got up this morning it appeared the air conditioner had an issue and the wall underneath appeared wet. The air did not go out and worked other than that. Very cozy place to stay. Met all our needs.

Amazing location-wonderful hosts
This apartment is located in a perfect area, walking distance from everything we had planned. Plenty of food and grocery store close. The apartment itself was amazing. The beds were comfortable, the patio was the perfect location to enjoy wine in the evening and drink cafe in the morning. The hosts were so great. Nicollo met us for check in and not only showed us the home, but also gave us lots of information for the area. We will definitely stay here again when in Florence.

Wonderful Apartment with Patio - Beautifully Decorated
The property is located within historical city center, very short walk to Uffizi, Academy, Market and all other touristy areas of interest. The location is very quiet, away from party scene, so you can leave windows at night. The property is very large with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which is very convenient of there are several of you traveling, with very comfortable sleeping arrangements - both bedrooms are separated by a corridor, which ensures privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything, including the dishwasher. The apartment was completely renovated, with no expenses spared, so it looks even better than in pictures. The patio is attached to the kitchen, which is super convenient if you want to eat outdoors. There was a washing machine, but we did not use it. Owners arranged for an associate to meet us and give us a little tour of the place - she was super friendly and very helpful. The owners communicated very well and were very flexible with our arrival time. Fantastic value - we had a great stay! The only thing we wish for - we should have stayed longer in Florence than our 2 nights.

Great location, very clean, great host.
This apartment in a great location, quiet street but only a minute walk to restaurants, bars and historic places. The apartment was very clean and having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was a huge plus. The host was extremely helpful and nice, took extra steps to make my family and I feel welcomed. Just like my title reads...great location, very clean apartment and great host. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again if I find myself in Florence.

Beautiful Property!
This home is absolutely beautiful! It looked like it was just remodeled and done very well. Communication prior to arrival was initiated to set up check in and bet set up. The neighborhood is in the middle of all the sights.. The host’s son met us at the property and was very gracious and helpful. He had the property stocked with water, eggs, bread, fresh made jam from his mom, and much more! The outdoor patio is actually rather spacious. We felt right at home. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone!
