Considerando que a governança fica em outra propriedade, o processo de check-in e check-out é complicado assim como o procedimento para limpeza (que você precisa solicitar previamente por telefone todos os dias). Há muitas escadas para acesso ao apartamento e é necessário empurrar os equipamentos de praia pelas escadas. Apesar de solicitado, o gerente e atendentes não disponibilizaram vaga (nem mediante oferta de pagamento adicional) tampouco indicaram um estacionamento conveniado onde o carro pudesse ficar estacionado. Chuveiro elétrico de baixíssima qualidade.

O local é seguro, em frente a praia de Jurerê. Ficamos no ap 774, que tinha um carrinho de praia com cadeiras e guarda-sóis. O staff é muito atencioso e solícito. Adoramos a estada.
