The house, built on the ground floor, offers functional furniture on a living space of 100 square meters and impresses with its open atmosphere. Highlights include a fireplace and porch that surrounds the entire house. Whether for breakfast or dinner, the best way to enjoy your meals is outside. A large swimming pool is available for your exclusive use. After a refreshing swim, a pavilion with stone chairs is ideal for further relaxation in the shade. The small town of Floridia is located about twelve kilometers from Syracuse and is characterized by its picturesque Mediterranean landscape. Shops, bars and restaurants in the town can be reached in about two minutes by car. The beautiful sandy beach of Fontane Bianche and the rocky coast are less than 20 kilometers away. Even in ancient times, the city was considered a powerful and cultural center of the Greeks. Even today, there are many testimonies of the long history of this special city, especially on the 40-hectare island of Ortygia, the heart of the old town. How about a day trip to the nature reserve of Vendicari, about 40 kilometers away, a mixture of lagoons, sand dunes, rocky coasts and sandy beaches. Here you can discover a variety of flora and fauna. You can also visit the baroque town of Noto, which was almost completely destroyed by an earthquake in the 17th century and then completely rebuilt.
