"I absolutely loved my stay here. I stayed two separate nights during my travels and these cottages are so well equipped for a home away from home. Everything you could want is provided, they really have thought of everything. The cottages were beautiful, clean, comfortable and the views were stunning! They have plugs for EV cars at each cottage too which is a bonus for people driving e cars. I got to meet one of the owners, she was lovely. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s a must stay...

"This charming, cozy summerhouse made us a warm home for a midweek. Amidst several highlights like the Geysir, Kerið crater and Þingvellir - but also in good driving distance of Reykjavik and the Seljalandsfoss waterfall. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in after a long day away in the cold and the large deck offered us a mesmerising view of aurora / Northern lights 3 out of 5 nights! When visiting Iceland again, we’ll most definitely return to Hulduheimar."

"This cottage was a great place to stay while exploring the golden circle. It is in a very quiet area, away from city lights for a better chance to see the northern lights. The natural hot tub was a great place to relax in the evenings and the unique glass bubble bedroom is just amazing! It’s set up well to keep you plenty warm at night."

"Lovely cabin :well appointed: comfortable bed. But long drive from town 28km and half of it is (currently) a gravel road. It’s a beautiful place. We walked across field to waterfall. Views of the volcano. Nice respite but know you have a drive from the highway/town"

"So it’s my twins 21st birthday and I wanted to do something memorable. So I took them to Iceland and stayed at an amazing VRBO. Here are my top 3 reasons for 5 stars: 1. Location - it’s in a town that’s close to some of the main geologic attractions in Iceland (Gulfoss, the south coast, etc.). The town also has a supermarket and some surprisingly good restaurants (even a mushroom farmer who has a family restaurant). 2. The quality of the VRBO. Plenty of room for 5 adults in a new neighborhood...
