We were in a top level room which was on the third floor - be aware there is no lift as you would expect staying in a heritage building. "The house and lovely shady park suited us very well as the weather was very hot. However the kitchen was far too small and inconvenient for a large number of people. We had problems with the pool, the water turned green and the cover jammed. These problems were dealt with very quickly by the manager."

"The historic home gave everyone their own space and plenty of activities. With loads of character and modern convenience we had everything we needed for a great summer holiday. With the weather being warm the pool was a welcome relief and had naturally warmed up to 23. The location was very central in burgundy and we had some great day trips. Highly recommended."

"Bernard was very accommodating and provided a very clean and well equipped house to stay in. The downside was that the outside area felt like a building site. There was a half finished pond and decking area. The area around the pool is unfinished concrete as well. It is within walking distance to Santaney, but does mean it is on the main road. "This apartment was perfect for our Burgundy stay. We walked everywhere in town and on the outskirts too. The kitchen is modern and well equipped and the rooftop deck is attractive and has a nice rooftop view. Free, patrolled, parking (Bretonnière) is a 7 minute walk. "Five 60ish cycling fans visiting for the Tour De France. Excellent property in a beautiful area especially if you are interested in cycling / hiking. Only down side is the opening days and times of local restaurants which caught us out a bit but the house is very well equipped and as we are all keen cooks then this wasn't a problem for us but may be for some. Not that much to do for kids. All in all an excellent trip and I would highly recommend the property for a similar group of people."

"Two nights stay. Beaune is an interesting old town. Plenty of restaurants but all with similar menus. Hotel is comfortable but the room was sparsely furnished.. Whoever designed the bathroom needs their head examining. To get to the toilet you have to open the door and then step into the shower, then close the door. Also the bathroom light shines straight into the face of anyone in bed. Very conducive to romantic nights "
