"Traditional stone house, in a lovely little village, high above sealevel. The walk up the hill is truly exhausting, but ok we had been warned abaout that upfront. There is no local co-host on the ground to meet and greet you, so you will have to find your way on your own based on the route description, which has some flaws - in particular the house number was nowhere to be found... Once found, the house offers a spectacular seaview indeed. On the lower end of the experience: The beds are either very worn out and soft (master bedroom) or very hard and totally unflexible (other bedrooms). The interior is decorated more in the style of a provencal countryhome than typically greek, so it reminds a little of that Coldplay song: It was all yellow :-) Lots of cushions and carpets give it a cosy feel. The house was very cold when we arrived (night temperature around 7 degrees celsius, inside and outside...) so the first night was truly terrible. The heating features a hidden switch in a bookshelf, which was not mentioned in the house description. We only learned that via whatsapp from the owner on day 2 after complaining about the bitter cold. We were quite annoyed by the quality of the beds, so we decided to not stay for the full 2 weeks we booked (and paid) - we left after 5 days and rented something else, on our own extra costs. Sad, to summarize, but I'd say: There are many better options in the area. "

"The most friendly and welcoming staff I’ve ever encountered on a vacation anywhere, they went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable. They also pointed me in the right direction toward the best of what Spetses has to offer! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with beautiful modern baths and ice cold air conditioning. I had a balcony with an incredible view! The pool was lovely and peaceful, although the hotel is a short walk to a beach club as well - where I spent a relaxing day of swimming and sunbathing. The breakfast was perfect, and was served on a beautiful patio by the pool under the shade of ancient olive trees. The hotel is also a short walk to the charming Old Port area, and on the way there are cafes, churches, gardens, and postcard-worthy villas under hills covered in pines and flowering vines. Their spa services are also top notch! I can’t wait to return someday."

"This property is beyond gorgeous. Views are phenomenal (talk about sunrise and sunset views). The staff were always welcoming and polite, and especially patient as we traveled with small children and grandparents who needed some mobility support. I hope they are able to modify the parking arrangements, as the hotel is on the side of the mountain, where parking requires you to get close to the edges (not for the faint hearted). This would not stop me from going back, just something to know. I would also mention that this property requires a bit of walking to get around. Currently they only offered breakfast, so you do have to think about either food shopping or going out/ordering in. They do have a restaurant that will deliver to the hotel, and it was not expensive at all (was very good food). The rooms were unbelievable. Very comfortable beds, showers, and air conditioning. The pools were wonderful and very clean; it was great to have a kids pool that was shallow so everyone could enjoy themselves. A big thanks to Michael who helped shuttle us to and from our rooms when we checked in & out! I definitely would recommend this property for an off-the-tourist path of an experience of Greece."
