We can’t praise him enough for the warmth of his interactions with us! As an example, our young-adult daughter became mildly sick during our stay, and Greg provided tea and offered to check up on her when we left her in the hotel by herself for half a day. "Quiet place, off Gythio, approx. 4 km, the owners are very kind. In a valley surrounded with olive trees and with nice hills around. We enjoyed our stay."

"The remote location is both an advantage and disadvantage. The new road makes it possible to get there safely. The room and facilities, including the restaurant were great. No actual checki-in procedure so directions about the property were poor. All in all a very relaxing stay in Kyparissi."

"I had a wonderful five weeks at Rachi Boza. Kostas is a great landlord and his parents were warm and kind. His mother regularly brought me delicious food from her kitchen and treated me like a family member. The house is amidst the most wondrous garden of flowers, trees and fruits I’ve ever seen. "We just came back from a 6 -day holiday in Skala with our 3 children (19, 16, 11) and we had an amazing time. The house, the setting, the beach, the facilities...everything is just perfect. I would highly recommend this house for a family with older kids or a group of friends. So if you are looking for calm, access to your own deserted sandy beach, family time., your own pool/table tennis/volley ball court...this is the place ! The difficult road to access the property is a very small price...

"The most friendly and welcoming staff I’ve ever encountered on a vacation anywhere, they went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable. They also pointed me in the right direction toward the best of what Spetses has to offer! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with beautiful modern baths and ice cold air conditioning. I had a balcony with an incredible view! The pool was lovely and peaceful, although the hotel is a short walk to a beach club as well - where I spent a relaxing day of swimming and sunbathing. The breakfast was perfect, and was served on a beautiful patio by the pool under the shade of ancient olive trees. The hotel is also a short walk to the charming Old Port area, and on the way there are cafes, churches, gardens, and postcard-worthy villas under hills covered in pines and flowering vines. Their spa services are also top notch! I can’t wait to return someday."
