For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. Additional information: Vehicle registration tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly, with a maximum of two parking spaces available. Linens are provided, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels.
