"Perfect spot for our family to participate in Xterra. Right across the road from race area by yhe beach. We wanted a spot with kitchen and washing machine. Drying rack provided in each room. We like independence, so not the place for you if you prefer a concierge type of stay. Grocery store is a block away. Great views of mountains. "

"The place is clean and neat, but does not come with basic things you normally find in VRBO stays. No paper towels, coffee, ect. Beautiful views, but if you plan to sleep, this is not the place. There is no A/C in this apartment, so you have to leave all the windows open to try to catch a breeze to stay somewhat cool. The Ferry starts very early, and it's extremely loud. "We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "

"Fantastic location overlooking Lago di Ledro. Good value for money. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. If you want something off the beaten track this could be for you. Relatively easy access to Lake Garda with the local bus (30 minutes) if you want something more touristy. Apartments are very clean and comfortable if a little basic. Local beach has great swimming access and the newly opened museum in Molina (UNESCO heritage site) is extremely interesting. "

"The view from our apartment was breathtakingly beautiful! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The only drawbacks were the pool was very cold and they were many steps to get up to the apartment. Luckily the property manger and his son helped with our luggage. It quite a drive tp get up to the apartment but once we got there we didn't want to leave!"
