They were more interested in making money than their guests’ comfort - I arrived on Friday with a very bad cold and was told that it wasn’t possible to turn the heating on and the only option was to use an extra duvet. They shouldn’t advertise that it has heating if they’re not prepared to use it! Heard everything from the adjoining rooms, including flushing the toilets. "The apartment exceeded our expectations; we were in the “Blue Room” on the first floor which had a huge balcony stretching round two sides of the building and looking over the pool.
