"Disappointing stay (Joss room) which was a shame as location was perfect for me. Shower was broken, was offered communal shower but on close inspection I decided not to use. Blind in room doesn’t close properly, lots of light coming in, very noisy fountain out front which you can still hear with windows closed. Very poor Wi-Fi. Pub itself was lovely, staff friendly, no food on Mondays though."

"What a lovely little Gem of a place, with lovely quirky rooms, and a really nice coffee machine and biscuits in the room, the breakfast was wonderful, freshly cooked with good quality ingredients. The cafe/cocktail bar down stairs was really lovely and relaxing with yummy cakes, and great cocktails in the evening, had a lovely stay here and would definitely recommend as very convenient for shops and seaside."
