This Follonica apartment provides complimentary wireless Internet access. LCD televisions come with digital channels. Additionally, rooms include an iron/ironing board and blackout curtains. Housekeeping is provided on a weekly basis.

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 16 June - 15 September, EUR 1.50 per person, per night, up to 15 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 16 September - 30 September, EUR 0.50 per person, per night, up to 15 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 60 per accommodation, per stay.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Pet fee: EUR 50 per pet, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: EUR 25 for check-in between 7:00 PM and midnight
