Its probably not so great with children as there are 200 steps to town or same to beach otherwise its taxis which cost a bit. Breakfast was great for the view, pehaps a little pricey for the content. "The view of Isola Bella from the private balcony and from inside the family room with large window was breathtaking. House is very spacious with each bedroom having its own private bath & shower. Shower space is bigger than most properties in Italy and water pressure incredible. Host is very responsive and gave us a detail tour upon check-in which we appreciated. A gem in Taormina.

"We loved it. We love small hotels with good service who make you feel welcomed and this fit the bill. only with living room rooms, our broom was beautiful and had a lovely view. The staff could not have been friendlier, with Martina actually spending almost an hour with us, orienting us to the hotel and the neighborhood. Downstairs for a few minutes left us in the heart of Taormina, a friendly, happy, thriving little town with beautiful views all over. The staff at breakfast was also friendly and saw to our our every need. Artwork in the rooms and all over the hotel.Absolutely wonderful little stay. Wish we had more than two nights to spend."

"I loved this property. It was in a very beautiful location. It's not a very convenient location for walking, you need to take the taxi to get the station station and bus stop was not easy to find. The main area Piazza IX Aprile and shopping area is about 15-20min walk. Isola Bella is really far but doable about 30min walk. The hotel staff was really wonderful and helpful. Lufthansa lost our bag and we didn't get it back until the 3rd day. The staff did everything with calling the delivery guy and airport to see what they can do with speeding up process. The breakfast was delicious. Btw this was there last week before they close for the season November 8-15. "

"The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave us great recommendations. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded our suite, the room was immaculate and the view was stunning. Giuseppe at the front desk was awesome. The food was delicious. The weather was rainy but we still had an amazing time. 10/10 honeymoon."
