"Pros: the host was very communicative, check in was easy, the location was great - very close to the beach and a 15 minute walk into Marzamemi. All the rooms had air conditioning and the terrace was lovely. Cons: the house seemed quite run down, for example the sink was broken in one of the bathrooms, the shower head couldn’t be held up by the holder, and the oven didn’t seem to work (though there was a toaster oven we could use instead). "If you want to feel the atmosphere of traditional Sicilian life style, I do highly recommend this villa. It matches all the images. I can only say that the garden is now smaller. This is because now on the back you can see two other villas detached from the main one. The main villa is attached to a second smaller villa. The vila is really spacious, tidy and clean.
