One of the staff at the restaurant was very rude to me. However, The cleaners in the room were really very nice and efficient as well as the one elderly staff at the dining area.

Hi I didn’t like because they charge me extra money And they didn’t give me the information why.

Hotel was conveniently located and safe. There are many quaint food and gift shops around. Staff were absolutely lovely and spoke English. Approximately 13 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Reasonable distance to Metro. Loved our stay. Will stay longer next time.

We (2 adults, aged 27) stayed here for 2 nights. We wanted something central in Paris that would be easy to travel from. We were really close to 2 metro stations - Charles de Gaulle Etoile and Ternes. Excellent for connecting to the whole city. We were also a short walk from the Champs Elysees. We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable and staff to be very welcoming. We really only used the hotel as a place to lay our heads so can’t comment on the rest of the facilities. The area around the hotel felt safe and there were a number of options close by for food and drink. We found that noise traveled both from other guests and from outside but this wouldn’t put me off staying here again as location outways any negatives. A great hub for exploring the beautiful city of Paris.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Chalgrin! Boutique hotel with a small lift, room was clean and in good condition, beds were very comfortable. The location is a block from the Arc de Triomphe, so it’s like having a monument in your backyard! Metro station 1 block away, shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Very convenient!
