"La casa è magnificamente ubicata ma le foto sono ingannevoli: le due camere sono piccole e soffocanti con due piccole finestrine in alto dovute allo scannafosso posteriore; l’abitazione era discretamente sporca sia dentro che fuori (ho documentazione fotografica del divano sporco di terra e dei mobili impolverati oltrechè del vetri, i quali sembravano non essere MAI stati puliti) suppellettili dismesse sparse per il giardino; mancava del tutto il necessario per pulire, le stoviglie ridotte...

"Location: The house is located outside Castellamare and you will need a car to reach the beaches (which are spectacular, especially Riserva dello Zingaro, 15 mins by car) There are stores and cafe 2-3 mins driving and the center is only 5 mins driving. You cannot really walk anywhere from the house because there is no sidewalk and the road is pretty busy. "Gîte propre et bien placé, mais petit pour 4 personnes et peu équipé (mais avec climatisation !). Cecilia est très accueillante, donne de bons conseils ... et maîtrise très bien les logiciels de traduction pour comprendre et se faire comprendre ! Bonne localisation, accessible à pied du port, tous commerces à proximité, vue mer depuis la petite terrasse. Rayonnement facile en voiture pour réserve de Zingaro et Segeste. "

"Casa accogliente, curata con gusto, nei minimi particolari. Ben ventilata, non è stato necessario l'uso dei condizionatori nonostante le alte temperature. Giardino grazioso, utile per fare una cenetta anche all'esterno . A soli10 minuti a piedi dal centro. È stata una bella esperienza di famiglia."

"Non si può concepire che qualcuno proponga come ricettiva un'abitazione del genere , era sporca , piena di formiche , divani sfarinati , in bagno non c'era né l'antenna della doccia né posto per appendere asciugamani né portaspazzolino , n TV ,no wi di ed un condizionatore piccolo per tutta la casa e nemmeno ben funzionante. Per fortuna lo Sporting club Mazzara Village ci ha sistemati all' interno del villaggio con ogni confort , evidentemente loro erano all' oscuro dello stato dell' immobile...
