I went to bed freezing and had a horrible night, i didn't complain while there so don't know if they would be able to fix the problem or not. The hotel & rooms are very clean & well kept, the breakfast was great & the outside area is a lovely place to sit & enjoy a quiet drink. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful.
