"This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."

"A truly relaxing property. Huge, beautiful gardens provided the most serene setting for sitting out under the olive trees. A large pool where you could really get your laps in and lemon and lime trees with an abundance of fruit to pick. The house was very traditional. Lots of space and a very quirky ground floor. "Lovely spacious villa with plenty of room for 10-12 people, and lots of dining and sitting space inside, and outdoor space. It was very warm during our stay, and as the villa doesn't have air conditioning it did get warm inside. Some more fans would be useful, as opening windows does increase outside noise. "The house is just minutes from the beach. Even in early August the beach is not crowded. Water temperatures were around 16 C. The beach gets windy in the afternoon when kite surfers start. There are life guards which adds extra safety. The little town is cute with restaurants, beach cafes and a little grocery store. A train to Porto runs a few times a day. The house itself has some charming aspects such as the ocean view and the hardwood floor. The kitchen has a lot of useful things....
