"Das Objekt ist sehr zauberhaft, aber es steht am falschen Ort. Unterhalb verläuft die Hauptstraße und die Bahnlinie. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken; wir hatten das Gefühl der Verkehr fährt direkt durch die Schlafzimmer. Zudem war von der Besitzerin gewünscht, dass lediglich ein Frühstück zubereitet werden darf und kochen unerwünscht ist. Der Strand ist zu Fuß mit 150 Treppen zu erreichen. In Summe muss hier dringend die Objektbeschreibung korrigiert werden."

"We had a wonderful stay at Gitavillage. There are big play ground for kids. The facility is very big. Best is the private beach with free umbrellas. The beach is quite big and sandy. Was very quite. Highly recommend the place and will definitely stay here if we come back to this area. "

"We verbleven met 2 gezinnen in de 2 huisjes. Huisjes, 1 authentiek Toscaans en 1 nieuw huisje met gezamenlijk zwembad. Sfeer is heel fijn, eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij zorgt er voor dat we ons meteen welkom voelden. Prachtig uitzicht op het Toscaanse landschap. Lekker eten in het locale restaurant van Linda. "This place is FANTASTIC. Fabio and his family are amazing people. The view is absolutely amazing. You cannot get tired of it. Keep in mind that this place is out there. There is a 2 mile+. poorly maintained road that you need to take to arrive. Once you reach the house it is 57, steep steps to walk down to the house. You will get a workout staying here. "Premetto che l’appartamento nel suo complesso è molto carino e il giardinetto esterno con la vista merita davvero. Detto questo però la pulizia dell’appartamento lascia a desiderare. Nel nostro preciso caso, a causa di problemi vari che abbiamo avuto con i proprietari, abbiamo trovato la casa ancora da pulire.
