"This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."

"Lovely clean property and owners went out of their way to welcome us and help make our holiday special. Great setting in view of the sea in an unspoilt part of Portugal. Only a short drive to the city delights of Porto (I recommend parking in Matosinhos and catching public transport or the hop-on buses) and Viana do Castelo worth a visit."

The bonus was how close to the Ocean it was and the great caliber of the restaurants on the shore. The only difficult part was check-in. Front desk not able to assist

"I arrived at the hotel at 3:10pm to check in , the front desk told me that check in is at 4pm so I had to carry all my stuff to the waiting room and wait . The hotel was empty not busy at all , this is the first time I have this situation were the hotel could not assist to just gave me the room earlier . Any ways I thought it was unprofessional not having the courtesy to just gave us the room at that moment ."

"This was my first time flying from Porto and chose to stay at this hotel before my travel the next day. I'm so glad I did!! I stayed at room 306. I loved how it was so clean, modern and comfortable. The room had a comfortable double bed, air con, hair dryer, towels, 2 coat hangers, 1 luggage/seating stool, 2 bed side tables, 1 extra blanket, thick blackout blinds plus a telephone and TV with tons of channels. 5*****"
