Owner requested 100 euro’s for 7 days use of hot tub. Externally on arrival the grass was not cut, pool had not been cleaned and Wi-Fi was inoperable. Pool was cleaned on arrival, Wi-Fi was repaired following day. Grass was not cut. The owners dog used the long grass at the end of the pool to do it’s business. We will not return to this...

"Arrival - we found the property with no issues. Property zip code took us straight there. Bedlinen and bathrooms were clean. Flies were a problem, mushroom growing in the shower, tiles in shower need updating and replacing, door latch plates were all loose (made doors difficult to close), we didn't manage to get the tv working at all, light fittings in the kitchen were hanging dangerously from the ceiling, oven very dirty and difficult to light (think the gas jets needed a clean - i gave up),...

"The photos of the property do not do it justice, it is absolutely beautiful. We had a really wonderful stay here, Phillip was very attentive and informative. "We all loved our time at Nicholas’ house. There is so much to do at the house and it is surrounded by a wall which makes it very easy to be with young families. We picked the vegetables and fruit, fed the chickens and absolutely loved spending time in the river. The pool is beautiful and the house is homely and elegant with everything you need for a happy and easy stay. Nicholas was extremely communicative and kind. We would love to come back again as a group or with others - thank you so much."

"Such a great house! Will definitely return when the pool is open! As described, very spacious, lots of outside space including pizza oven and bbq. Lots of covered outdoor space for all weathers. Gates close so perfect for dogs. Restaurants/bars/supermarkets only 5 minute drive. So peaceful and quiet and typically French 😊"

"Jason was a great host, very helpful and friendly. The games barn is the best we’ve ever found, really good quality pool table, ping pong, fitness machines etc kept us all entertained. "This property should not be on vrbo site or advertised hosts were very pleasant on the phone as we were arriving late evening , very hard to find the property no number on the gate description is totally wrong near park and shops it was more like on an industrial site , eventually got into the property and was very very disappointed cleanliness was awful there was no lounge to sit and relax just two bedrooms , the bedding was appalling and was certainly not up to standard then to top it all...
