"Great property near Arthur Child Cancer Centre. On site restaurant. Rooms are well designed for making the most amenities in the allotted space - washroom was spacious. On site parking available. Stayed several times for cancer treatments and would recommend this property."

"The hotel was inviting and clean. The staff was amazing! While there I used the pool, it was slightly cool, but once you got in, it was fine. The waterslide was super fast! The gym is very small. The exercise bike does not have straps for your shoes on the pedals, which makes using it a bit of a challenge. There is a treadmill and there is a small bench and some weights. It is not huge, but it is functional. They also provide bottled water to drink while you are working out. There was enough parking, but the parking lot was very small. The staff was super friendly! And every staff member had a smile. They were helpful and providing directions for places to eat. My room was huge! There was bed in one room and a couch in the other. TV’s in both rooms. Cable provided. The bathtub was clean and wide. I was a nice stay for the price. "

"Fully understand the property renovation but poor staff's customer service attitude is not acceptable at all. Under the current management system, I absolutely wouldn't go there anymore. "

"The room I received was the farthest from the front desk. Got checked in and went to my room and the keys did not work. They thought that was funny. Got in my room finally and pulled my blankets back to see a stain on the sheets. Won’t be staying there again. "

"I was there with a friend and my dog. The room is updated and clean. The bed was firm. I did find the fact the bathroom had a frosted glass door a bit odd, but since the bath room was in the back of the room it wasn't like you felt like they were facing the door while you were in there. Word to the wise, since the sink is outside the bathroom that's also where the toiletries like shampoo are kept so you will want to remember to grab those before you get ready for your shower. They provide you with a blanket for your dog to sleep on, and while the hotel faces a busy street behind it is a residential area and it's a short drive from a park area so plenty of places to walk your dog in. "

"Overall I am very impressed with this place and will stay again. It’s a 25 minute easy walk to the foothills medical center at a very affordable price. The rooms are aged with a concerted effort to update. I was very pleased with the mini fridge, microwave, two burners, hood fan, sink and small dish set! They negotiated discounts with Denny’s next door and other restaurants in the area. Not with Big T’s BBQ around the corner but I highly recommend. Depending on when you arrive, Denny’s customers may fill the parking despite signs which can be frustrating but go around to the backside and there are more spots. The staff are all exceptional. The wonderful lady during the day gave me a parking pass despite arriving early so I could park and walk to the hospital. Kumar checked me in later in the evening and is absolutely lovely. The call I got when I was settled in my room to ensure everything was as expected was appreciated. This is an affordable option and folks need to understand and respect that or they may feel it’s not up to par. It’s clean, perfectly located with many dining/shopping options around, great staff, and a perfectly acceptable continental breakfast."
