Only issue was that the car park for room 13 is 2 parks over from the room and the two cars parked in front of 13 were pulled up so close that they were almost touching the table and chair outside- lucky we had no intention of sitting there but had to step in and around the cars to get our luggage into the room. So parking is very squeezy. "

"We were so comfortable in this quaintly decorated home. It was fantastic that so many extras were provided enabling us to cook dinner and breakfast! Delicious raisin toast, eggs, little tomatoes, coffee pods, milk and so many condiments were in the kitchen enabling a very happy good value stay. Comfortable beds and a lovely ambience. "

The front ‘sunroom’ was a very handy space for my 3 children the use up some energy and stretch their legs while it was too cold to go outside. "I was travelling with a 17 year old dog and she could sleep inside with me. The cabin had an ensuite and a small deck with table and chairs. Also there was a coffee van who made very nice coffee. Very pleased with the property."

"Excellent location, great sized property for 4 single adults. Huge bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Fabulous hot water 😁. Only negatives were the garden could do with a trim and there were a lot of cobwebs on the windows/ frames. Bit creepy as I don’t like the thought of spiders darting about. Not that I saw one 🤔. Overall - very happy with the property."

"The Royal Motel Tenterfield appears to be a typical basic country motel but it has many special features, the staff were always helpful, the generous supplies of snacks and goodies - renewed daily - and the newly renovated bathrooms made it a standout. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.
