"Very nice room, excellent staff, and good location close to the Ferry. Noicy traffic in the morning (room at first floor) and no toiletbrush. Sauna american standard … but we are saunapeople from Scandinavia, so if your not, its ok (but more a place for warm up, if you are cold, not a real sauna). But very nice place, good room, clean and excellent staff. I would definitely choose the same hotel if coming back"

"Conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and only a short drive to the seaside and the Kennedy Family historic sites. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. The rooms were spacious and clean and offered a mini-refrigerator, small microwave oven, and a tiny coffee maker (with coffee and tea supplies). Although we did not partake of these amenities, there is a pool, a fully equipped exercise gym, a small "pantry area" with snacks and some microwave meals, and a cafe area in the hotel. Easy to access parking lot with ample parking. Traffic can be heavy at times in that area, so leave extra time to get to your destinations. Enjoy your stay! "

"Had a great stay in a very clean, esthetically pleasing, very cozy room with a kitchenette. I would absolutely book this hotel again. I would also highly recomend others to enjoy this lovely place on cape cod. Affordable, safe and clean!"

The General Manager Sarah Hobbs is a PROFESSIONAL CLASS Act! This property is the ONLY property I will stay at in Hyannis. It’s next to the mall and exceptional dining choices in the area. "
