"We never got in touch with them so we didn't get to stay. We were there in time to check in but no one answered the phone and no one was available. I think it's a sham to take our money. And the was no way to cancel, we booked it fir the 18th, on the 18th and you had to cancel before the 17th. How does that work? I want our money back!"

October so unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to use the garden but the hot tub was ready for us on arrival and there were games and books to use as well. Easy check in with details sent to us by the host on the morning of check in. "We had a lovely stay, the cottage was lovely inside, done out beautifully and cosy with the wood burning fire which was a great feature. Has everything you need. An ideal place to stay for a min autumn break away! Dog friendly which is excellent and had a nice touch of a doggy bed and some bowls already laid out. Would come back"
