"Health and safety issues with the sauna. Shower pipes in the changing rooms are leaking bad. In the first room they had to put a portable heater in the room because the heating wasn't working? I feel so sorry for the staff. Their holding Thier heads up high to a hotel that needs a complete refurbishment. ..."

"Beautiful room, though no fridge but kept window open. Toilet rad boiling but maintenance fixed this immediately.would stay again but maybe a quieter room further back from road. Safe in room, lovely big telly, comfy bed, tea coffee sugar, biscuits and little milks left for us. Gorgeous Arran toiletries..Nice ..."
