"Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

"An excellent Villa, very clean and well looked after. The swimming pool was great, it has a deep part in the middle and is very shallow at one end which would suit paddling toddlers. We are a family of 7 and had loads of space in the Villa. The top floor bedroom can get very hot which wasn't a problem for us as only one of my children was sleeping in there. "The pictures do not do this wonderful property justice. Its is a stunning 16th Century property updated with all the modern amenities. 10 of us stayed here with 4 kids and it was more than big enough. The water from the private spring is delicious, the rowing boat and diving board straight into the lake make the days fly by. We had great weather as well. Kids loved the small basketball court and the many toys and games available for them. The veiws from the veranda over the lake are amazing...
