With bright modern features and furnishings throughout, a large private outdoor entertaining area, and the Forster Keys foreshore and river just across the road, this holiday home provides a great base to stay in comfort and head out to make use of the water.

With three bedrooms made up with linen and towels rolled up ready for the bathrooms, just pack your beach towels to go for a swim in the river and lake or a short drive to numerous beaches. With air conditioning in the open loungeroom and fans throughout, you can easily stay cool or turn on the gas fireplace to keep warm in the loungeroom. There is also an additional fold-out single bed, should an additional guest be required.

Open up to the outdoor entertaining areas, with a with a deck leading straight out of bedroom 1 with views of the water, deck chairs to relax in, and a fire pit to sit around. The main deck provides cover from the elements whilst still embracing the fresh air, with the kitchen windows leading out to a breakfast buffet and a BBQ to cook up some great meals. There are two driveways, with a single lock up garage as well as a single carport.

A bond applies to all bookings by way of a preauthorisation on a valid credit card.

The property is at a very peaceful and beautiful location. Property itself is clean, well equipped and with enough space for a family of 5. Enjoyed the stay
