Cozy house with great backyard patio
I was a little concerned when we arrived and found coffee grounds still in the coffee maker. The trash and recycling bins (outside) were completely full from the previous stay. I texted the property manager to inquire about setting them out for pickup, but I got no response. The grill only worked on one side. The washing machine door “broke” and wouldn’t stay closed to run a cycle. A technician came to fix it, but he couldn’t. We were offered reimbursement for using a laundromat. We tried to turn on the hot tub by following the directions given. When I texted the property manager, I got no response again. Other than that, our stay was great. We really enjoyed the backyard!

Great Location
We stayed at this property for a couple days after a cross country move. House is spacious and well appointed. Beds are comfy and having backyard space for our pup was great. Purely personal preference that it is a bit noisy due to proximity to the intersection but we were tired enough after the 1,600 mile drive to not notice. Super high speed internet. Property is well loved and could use some touch up paint, otherwise a fantastic stay and can’t beat the location.

Great house!
The house was great! Exactly what we were looking for in a very convenient location. The layout and rooms were nice, lovely yard and outside set up and the property manager was super helpful. Kitchen was fully set and functional. Also comfy couch! Which is sometimes not the case in rentals. Would stay here again 100%. Thank you for having us.

Nice location very clean
The house is nice inside, plenty of room, the back had nice seating and a fire pit with chairs. The hot tub was nice, it had a maintenance issue which was resolved quickly. My friend with no car used the bike to quickly get to old town and rode the Poudre trail which she said was nice. We hung a bridal gown and fancy dresses in one of the bedrooms with no problem. All of the appliances were nice.

comfortable place in a nice neighborhood
Met our needs well for a nice place to stay in a great neighborhood for a family event. Very comfortable beds. However, the hot tub was dirty (foamy, noxious smell, pubic hair found) which was disappointing for our stay and a few other things were off (flooding in basement due to rain, screens ripped).

Great house for two families with kids
This was a great house for our family and my sister’s family. Loved having the ping pong table in the basement for the kids. Wish that the hot tub had been working during our stay (a technician finally came out to fix it at the end of our stay). We also wanted to use the bikes to ride into downtown but one of them had a flat tire :( Dining room table could’ve used another light source and the coffee machine does not have an automatic shut-off (so just make sure you turn it off before you leave the house!)

Great place for large family to stay!
Really nicely decorated renovated ranch style home close to old town FOCO! Loved that this place was dog friendly and had an enclosed back yard for them to explore. Communication with vacation rental company was excellent! Amenities, parking and comfort of beds were great! A couple negatives for us were no oven mitts to be found, road noise from nearby Shields Street and suggest updating chainlink to keep neighboring dogs from interacting.

We love this house! This was our second stay there. The house is very spacious with a good size yard. Fire pit, hot tub and ping pong table are awesome. Perfect location. Only request would be a bigger couch or more seating in the living room. Otherwise, perfect!

I had a wonderful stay at Capitol Hill. The location was perfect, close to town and CSU. The beds were comfortable, the home was spacious, and there were extra amenities (shampoo, soap, towels). The internet worked great. Although we didn't use the backyard, it was very spacious. Stacy was very responsive and we had no issues. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends.

Beautiful house, quiet neighborhood
House was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the quiet neighborhood is near the university campus, so it is perfect for visiting. The check in process was simple and efficient. Plenty of television options and good internet. Would definitely recommend!
