"The property was wonderfully decorated and initial supplies plentiful. A very quiet and peaceful experience. The location provided a unique change from our normal flatland home. The only negative involved the loss of internet connection and the contact number provided in the guide for reporting issues did not elicit a response. The outage proved to be a system problem beyond the control of the host. "

"The accommodation was nice and clean. We were able to check in a bit early which was nice. The AC unit in the bedroom is a bit loud and ticks when it kicks on, but it was nice and cool in the hot weather. Ample supplies in the kitchen for coffee, and bathroom toiletries for the night. Overall a great experience."

"Convenient location for rock hunting, hiking in Big Bend, Davis Mountains and Chihuahuan Dessert, and stargazing at McDonald Observatory. Property offers privacy and great outdoor space for relaxing after a long day. We would stay again. "
