When I had a problem connecting to the Wi-Fi, Serge, the boss at the Bayfront & his friend spent almost 2 hours with me trying to solve it! They DID solve it, so a BIG pat on the back to them for their time, effort & patience!

Great Vacation Stay
The location is perfect the room is spacious and clean and comfortable. Serge is a great host and my husband who comes from Dominica says Serge is the best! he is goin back soon and i look forward to returning!

The rooms looked nothing like the pictures on the site and the gentleman who we met who i believe may be the owner was not friendly or welcoming at all ( felt that we were a bother to him to be honest). I will never stay there again and will definitely not recommend it to anyone. the rooms are extremely dated. the only positive was the location being close to where i needed to be however there are several other options in the area so will try one of these next time around. Not worth anywhere near the price we paid.

Excellent location next to main park and waterfront! Low price. Room was clean to begin with but no daily cleaning was done afterwards. No elevator. Winding staircase was poorly lit. Wi-Fi was terrible.

This place is in horrific condition. It was like staying in abandoned building. I checked out after one night with no refund. There are sevetal very good altetnstives nearby. Dont ruin a visit to FDF by stsying here

This was false advertising. The hotel was nothing as said. I got no breakfast as promised. I could not eat in the room. The place was filled with baby roaches. The AC barely worked well. The owner was nice and the room was right in the center of town. I want a full refund. the place was worst than expected.

Very ideal location on the BayFront, close to restaurants, shopping centres, tourist sites and the park, the ferry terminals and the tram. With regards to the actual property, the room was not cleaned properly and not adequately stocked eith toiletries. There isn't a refrigerator or hot cup in the room either. Also, there isn't a lift and the rooms start from the 2nd floor, therefore you will have to climb a minimum of 3 sets of stairs to get to your room.. with your luggage.

L'accueil laisse à désirer. Ne respecte pas la réservation d'autant plus, il reste injoignable et ne répond au mail. Site de l'hôtel sur expédia pas à jour. Chambre vétuste. Pas de petit déjeuner Pas d'ascenseur, pas de bagagerie. A réserver juste peut-être pour une nuit et fermer les yeux pour ce que l'on voit dans l'hôtel et la chambre. Heureuse qu'il y a les commerces et de quoi se restaurer autour. Pas trop loin en voiture pour accéder aux bateaux de croisière.

Das Ist kein Hotel! Es ist eine schäbige Bruchbude mit Null Service und rüdem Chef! Viele Ecken sind baufällig, insgesamt ist alles lieblos und ungepflegt. Die Tür zum ekligen Bad darf eine Frau nicht schließen! Sie klemmt so arg, dass eine zweite Person von außen drücken muss, um sie zu öffen. Wir hatten eigentlich noch eine Übernachtung gebucht, diese aber umgehend storniert.

Pas un hôtel mais un refuge pour routards
Hotel catastrophique. Pas de rideaux mais reste la tringle. Salle de bain avec séchoir années 1960 casse, pas un seul porte manteau, pas de savon, pas de verre à dent linge pas changé pendant 4 jours ni poubelle vidée. Salle pour ne pas manger dans les chambres, fermée AUCUN SERVICE pas un hôtel mais un refuge pour routard Dommage car vu l’emplacement (face à la plage) il pourrait être un hôtel 2 ou 3 étoiles
