Rustic Modern 3 bedroom 2 bath home situated on an ocean access waterway with a beautiful private pool in the backyard. Hurricane impact windows, beautiful real wood cabinets with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, custom blinds & tile/wood floors throughout the home. Large 10x15 Tiki Hut! 70 foot boat dock available for parking your boat, fishing & more!

Deerfield's Rustic Modern Beach House is a bright & open oasis that sits just off of Deerfield beach. Shops, dining, and nightlife are all within walking distance. You are just a short drive to Atlantic Avenue and Boca Town Center. The home is fully stocked with everything you could need from beach chairs, games, & toys. The grocery store is about a mile away (Publix).

Located only a few blocks from pristine Deerfield and Hillsboro beach, you can enjoy the beautiful sand and Atlantic Ocean or the privacy of your own pool. Marina's are only minutes away and provide a multitude of activities from sport fishing and diving or snorkeling, to windsurfing, jet skiing, and parasailing.

Kitchen- Modern open galley is kitchen well stocked with cookware and tools necessary to prepare food, plates and silverware for maximum occupancy, a blender, coffee maker (Keurig) with Kcups, pots and pans, spices, glassware, plastic ware, dishwasher and stainless steel appliances.

Bedrooms- The master bedroom has a West facing view with hurricane impact sliding doors overlooking the pool & water. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. There are TVs in each room. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bathrooms- The open & bright master bathroom is complete with a glass enclosed shower & vanity sink. Both bathrooms are updated.

Exterior- The pool and exterior patio provide great morning light. Walk half a mile to the Deerfield beach side with dining, nightlife and shops, and beaches are there for your enjoyment. Gas BBQ Weber grill and propane provided.

Other Amenities- Home has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Xfinity Cable in the Living Room & Firestick Smart TVs in 2 of the bedrooms. Up to 300 MBPS WIFI included.

The neighborhood

The neighborhood is a short 2 block walking distance to the beach & restaurants. Less than a mile from Boca Raton.

Getting around

Uber, Lyft, Cabs, private car service and the famous water taxis are available if you decide not to rent a car during your stay. There is ample parking for 5 cars at the home (circular driveway).

Other things to note

If you are having an event, party or a gathering larger than 8 people you must notify the owner prior to booking as special events insurance is required. In addition, for parties and events there is a 2 night minimum. IF YOU HAVE AN EVENT OR MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE AND DO NOT NOTIFY OWNER THEN YOUR DEPOSIT IS AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED.

The beachside is very breezy which causes some debris in the pool. The pool gets professionally cleaned every Wednesday, but in the meantime there is a pool scooper on the north side of the house if you need it.

Check out time is 10 am. For each additional or part of an hour after 10 am there is a fee of $50/hour charge. This is due to additional maids needed to clean in a shorter amount of time.

Oasis in a Storm
A last minute stay to escape the wrath of hurricane Milton. Well appointed. Very easy with two dogs. Fenced yard and lovely pool which helped to relive stress. Nice restaurants in walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay at this home! The location was perfect for our family. You can easily walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes and then come home and jump in the pool! The home is stocked with beach toys and accessories, board games, and more. The host is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

We stayed for a week in August 2024 and we had a great time in Deerfield Beach. Here are the best things about the property: - 5 minute walk to the beach - incredible back yard with pool, chairs, grill, tiki hut, etc. - lots of pool and beach accessories - casual restaurants within walking distance Things that could be better: - beds were very too firm - air conditioning was too cold by default - quirky switches for some lights and fans - odd layout and not a lot of soft seating - internet was inconsistent, could just be local ISP

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house was beautiful. It was well furnished. They had boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas. An assortment of kitchen accessories. There was even a box of extras (shampoo, bathing suits etc ) Everything was thought out. It was enjoyable even to stay by the pool . It was only a 5 min walk to the beach. Very spacious and clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We were even able to check in a bit earlier because the house was ready. Thank you Desare for making it so welcoming.

Deerfield Retreat
We were in Deerfield/Boca for a family wedding at a nearby resort. It was so nice to have a quiet landing spot. It was really HOT and the pool was perfect for relaxing and staying COOL! We gathered nightly (and daily) in the tiki hut to recap and nightcap. The home is very well located - close to the beach, walking distance to great dining, restful peace and quiet at the pool or on the dock/canal. Ubers always readily available due to proximity to Deerfield and Boca Raton. I really appreciated how well stocked the house is! No urgent run upon arrival for basics: TP, paper towels, foil, spices, etc. Condiments and some beverages in the fridge and ice in the freezer...YAY!! The check-out procedure was also easy to manage. We had early flights and minimal housekeeping was a bonus. Again, I chalk this up to how well-organized and stocked the house is. Super easy to tidy up when you know where things go! Also, leaving non-perishables for next guests was great. I hate waste and throwing out just to throw out! Hosts are available but chill. Available but not intrusive. Wifi/tv was a little spotty but with everyone on wifi, I'm not sure how this could be avoided. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home!

With this property you will want to stay forever I never wanted to leave it was perfect for my husband and I and my little doggies everything was amazing she had everything we needed that we had forgotten to bring and then some. Close to all the stores that I love to golf close to the beach of course and will always be close to my heart thank you for everything you guys were the greatest the communication was awesome and I want to come back very soon.

The best getaway in the best house!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Vrbo house near the beach, and it was truly amazing! The location couldn't have been better, just a few minutes away from the beach. The house itself was well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From cozy bedrooms to a fully stocked kitchen, it had it all. I highly recommend this Vrbo house for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway with all the amenities included! Desire was amazing as well! Highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect!!!!! This house did not dissapoint. The ownwer of this unit is top notch and takes care of all your needs. The house was well equipped for cooking and grilling with all of those stupid things you need on vacation but never have even down to backup toothbrushes in case your buddy is a dope and forgets his. She even had k cups at the ready for us in the well stocked kitchen. We had an isssue with the tv but with quick responses from Desare we solved them with no issues. Bathrooms had an excess of towels and extra toiletries for all of us and being right on the canal was great for fishing 24-7 if you wanted. We had a small hiccup and had to add a day mid stay and Desare quickly accomodated us. Stop reading reviews and just book it already!!!!!!

My husband and two college aged sons had a relaxing and enjoyable get away! Very comfortable accommodations and a great location so close to the beach and great restaurants! Pool was absolutely perfect! So well maintained! Pool towels , toys , beach wagon, chairs , umbrella and bikes! Dock perfect for fishing! Would highly recommend! Desare was absolutely amazing with answering all questions pretty much immediately!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and well equipped, much more so than other places we have stayed before. The pool was clean. Can't beat the location within walking distance of Deerfield shops and beach. Desare was prompt in answering our questions and even acommoded a last minute request to stay an extra day due to flight issues. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Beautiful house
Absolutely loved our stay the owner was quick to respond to all of our needs. The only thing I would suggest fixing would be the plastic pipes sticking up around the pool as they have sharp edges and two children cut their toe on itm other than than everything was absolutely wonderful. We will be back!

Amazing view, pool deck, and two blocks from the beach. Kitchen has almost anything you could possibly need. We stayed for thanksgiving and had everything we needed to cook and serve an entire thanksgiving feast.

This was a great experience, everything we needed was there and location couldn't get any better with everything we were trying to do, Desare is an amazing host who had great communication and even better accommodations, the property is jam packed with so many amenities that truly set this place apart from other commercially ran properties. Could not ask for a better host who really wants to give their guests a great experience, will definitely be returning to this property!!
