The entire house is accessible for guests. Except the locked closet in the hallway. The backyard is shared with the 2 units in the back.
Other things to note
No parties! If a party is started the reservation will be cancelled immediately. There is a noise ordinance in Fort Lauder for residential neighborhoods. Police will be notified of any disturbance.
Absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the property at any time. You could be charged up $300 fine

Home away from home
Exactly as described. Very easy to communicate with owner and quick responses. We came to the area for the Visit Lauderdale Food and Wine Festival, this was very convenient to the venues. Very clean and had all the accommodations of home. I’m glad we stayed here and would definitely stay here again. Hopefully we will do it again next year! Lian, thank you for your hospitality!
