Welcome to your home away from home in Pompano Beach! A quiet secure two story 16 unit condo property with a full time property manager on-site. This fully equipped ground floor condo is just a short 10 minute walk from the beautiful Pompano Beach, and is surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shops. Need groceries? No problem! The Publix grocery store is located right next door. Inside, you'll find a tastefully decorated condo with two bedrooms featuring a King bed and two Singles (which can be put together for a queen), two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a comfortable living room and two large flat screen TVs.. Additional amenities include quality linens, towels, beach towels, a beach wagon, beach umbrella, 2 hair dryers, iron, ironing board, high speed internet, Wi-Fi, and a quiet central AC and heating system. Take a dip in the heated pool or relax on the deck and grill up some dinner. You'll also have access to a reserved parking space for one car (with extra paid parking available across the street), as well as a full laundry facility on site. The location of this condo is truly unbeatable. The beach front offers Pier fishing, a beautiful sandy beach, splash pad, playground for kids and several waterfront restaurants. Nearby you can find a diving center, fishing pier, gyms, boat rentals, tennis, pickle ball, golf, Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi and shopping. Bring your bike or rent a bike and ride up and down the coast or ride the off road 4.4 mile loop around Pompano Airpark. With or without car this condo is surrounded by all the conveniences for a fun and memorable vacation!

This property is conveniently located. Steps away from Publix supermarket. Several nice restaurants close by. Nice pool and grill area! Beach is about block and half! Nice getaway and reasonably priced! Elaine is very quick to respond.

This condo had everything we needed! The space was comfortable and had a lot of the little details that made it feel like it was well cared for. We purchased groceries to save money on food, so the Publix across the street was very nice as was the kitchen which was well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances.

Owners were awesome. Everything about condo was perfect. Entire condo stocked completely. Tons of dishes, pans, coffee maker, hangers, beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cart to use. Across the street from grocery store. Property manager always there to answer questions or help. We will definitely rent from these people again. Best property in this area! EVERYTHING was perfect! You won’t be disappointed.

This property and location is fabulous. Walking distance to Beach, Publix, restaurants and everything else you could possibly need. Our entire experience was wonderful. Therese was very responsive and helpful. The condo is exceptionally clean. Four of us, two adults and two teens, were very comfortable here. The owners have thought of everything you could need for vacation here...beach chairs., towels, umbrellas, cooler and a cart that wheels to load everything in to take to the beach. The pool is right outside the door to the condo with lounge chairs and shade. Everything is clean and well cared for. The area was quiet and close to everything. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, cafes, deli. The beach is a 10 minute walk. It really was so comfortable here, our family loved it. We are already looking forward to booking here again. Thank you so much Therese and Barrie, everything was incredible!

Everything you need
This condo was perfect for our two week stay in June. It has everything you need in a vacation home. The kitchen was well equipped so a quick trip to the local supermarket just close by and we were fine to have our meals at home although there are many restaurants around when we felt like eating out. The beach is very close and with the handy beach cart, beach towels, umbrella and chairs, we were good to go! We kept the beach stuff in the back of the car and headed down every morning for a couple of hours. It’s a three minute drive and parking is around $2.10 an hour. You can walk but it was a bit hot for us at this time of year. The condo was super clean and comfortable with good wifi. Therese responded to my questions very quickly and the one time I needed to call the building janitor he came by in minutes. Top marks !

This condo is in a great location, and is so well equipped. It’s more like a home than a vacation rental. The furniture & beds are all comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you could need. Internet is fast and reliable. The beach kart was a real bonus, carrying umbrellas, deck chairs, towels and cold drinks on the 10 minute walk to Pompano Beach. The owners are a pleasure to deal with, and were happy to assist with anything promptly.
