The Space:
This chic and sophisticated town-home has 3 floors, with the bedrooms located on second and third floors. Boasts
4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Sleeps 9 guests. The third floor is its own “studio suite” with queen bed, fold down sofa, private bath, and coffee bar. There is a large front and back balcony off the third floor with plenty of seating and entertaining space. All new furnishings with modern accents. Balcony includes an outdoor kitchen and seating/dining area for the perfect getaway.

**Please note that parking is allowed only in the garage.. No street or driveway parking. . No vehicles are permitted in the courtyard as this blocks other residents garages, vehicles parked here will be towed. Also this is a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are in close proximity. Loud/boisterous behavior is not permitted especially on outdoor balconies or courtyard area. Any neighbor complaints may result in termination of reservation.**

First floor-Spacious Kitchen with wine chiller, half bath, dining area for 6 guests, living space with large comfy sofa and 50 in TV.

BEDROOMS:
1. Bedroom with a (Master) KING SIZE BED, large walk-in closet and access to a full private bathroom and large jacuzzi tub and stand-in shower.
2. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, dresser.
3. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, dresser.
4. Bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED, dresser, full closet, has a living room with a fold down SOFA BED and access to a full private bathroom.
Full bath in Hallway and also connects to Bedroom 3

Third Floor
Access to balconies-Front balcony has seating area with a chic boho flair, covered with awning, back balcony has comfy outdoor seating and amazing dining area/outdoor kitchen.

Guests have access to home and backyard except any locked doors or any doors marked "Designedvr Staff"

Interaction with Guests:
We are available through message forums 24 hours a day for questions and have property management personnel locally to help with any concerns.

We love to meet and greet our guests as much as possible. However, in the event we cannot meet at the time of check in - we offer self check-in with the use of a smart lock or a door code.

Please note***We require all guests to be greeted by ourselves or our property manager. We do ask that all last minute booking (with 2 days of check-in) present an ID to the greeter at time of check in along with the credit card used for booking. We reserve the right to refuse entry of any person wishing to enter the property that are not represented in the booking, have a different name than what appears on the booking, or refuses to present proof of identification. Guests of the booking person cannot enter home before the booking guest without authorization from us. We will check ID of every guest wishing to enter home, especially if the person that did the reservation has not yet arrived at property.**
