The space
Located in southern Broward County, Florida, in Hallandale Beach along the Intracoastal Waterway, Beachwalk Resort offers an outdoor pool and resort-provided WiFi. At a 9-minute walk there is an entrance to the beach.

Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment will provide you with everything you need to feel at home. Ideal for families or friends traveling together. Features contemporary furnishings, floor-to-ceiling windows, equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious living room.
Master bedroom with bathroom, second bedroom with full bathroom for visitors. Oversized balconies are a breath of fresh air. Windows have roller blinds in the living room and Black Out blinds in the bedrooms.

Bedding: Master bedroom features a King bed, second bedroom features two full-size beds, and an additional sleeper sofa in the living room.
The unit includes 2 courtesy towels, linens, and an equipped gourmet kitchen, perfect for cooking meals during your stay. You can bring your own towels and bedding if you feel more comfortable.

Unit includes resort-provided Wi-Fi and cable TV.

Since it is a private unit and does not include daily cleaning or hotel services, the apartment will be equipped with the following:
- Kitchen: Small frying pan, pot, colander, small coffee maker (no coffee) and basic cutlery. Plan ahead and bring what you need if you are going to do a lot of cooking.
- Bathroom: 1 bath towel for each guest and 1 toilet paper per bathroom. Consider bringing extra toiletries and toilet paper for longer stays.

This is a condo hotel with a 24/7 front desk.
The reception staff will give you a key card for the door, the elevator, the gym and the swimming pool. (Check in can take time depending on the occupancy at the time of arrival)

Beach Service :
There is a white van that will drop you off and pick you up near the Hyde beach entrance: where the security kiosk is located next to Etaru restaurant. If you need to request the van from the beach to the building, just call the front desk and let them know you are waiting there. From the drop off point, you can either walk along the beach to the left to the North or you can cross the street and access the public path next to Tides. If you walk to the left you will find Esteban's place. He is identified with white and blue umbrellas and a kiosk where a photo ID will be requested. They are clearly identified with Esteban's Place signs.
The beach service includes:
-Two (2) Beach Chairs
-One (1) Umbrella
Remember that these items are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY ( FIRST COME FIRST SERVE ) Once it runs out . If you want to rent more chairs and umbrellas, this has a cost of usd $40 you must ask for them at Esteban's place.
Guest access
This is a Condo hotel 24/7 front desk .
Front desk personal will give you a key card for Door, Elevator, Gym and Pool .

You'll enjoy free access to the gym, lobby pool (private or shared) and beach. The rooftop pool is for owners only, not currently available for guests. The beach is located less than 5 minutes away from the building. There's plenty of restaurants nearby...

Online purchases (The building may charge a fee for package receiving). For security purposes, we strongly recommend requesting delivery on the dates you're staying with us. YOUR NAME 2600 E. Hallandale Beach Blvd. Hallandale Beach, FL 33009.
Other things to note
Just a friendly reminder, during your stay please follow the house rules: -Treat the apartment as your own home, **** this is not a hotel, it is a private unit.*****
- Try to leave the unit in the same conditions in which you found it. You will find soap and toilet paper when you arrive, then you will need to provide your own toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc.) There are several shops located within walking distance.
- Take out the trash, wash the dishes or put them in the dishwasher already clean on departure. THERE IS A GARBAGE FINE OF $60
-Take care of Sheets and Towels (towels are not for cleaning the countertop or kitchen)
-This is a NON smoking unit! Smoking indoors will result in a minimum additional cleaning fee of $200.
-No pets allowed. In case you have an emotional support pet, please attach your documentation in the VRBO chat. In the event that the pet is not emotionally supportive or does not have documentation, a $200 fine will be charged. In any of the cases, if your pet causes damage to the property, the corresponding compensation will be requested through aircover.
-The guest is responsible for any damage in the apartment.
-The rate includes a one-time departure cleaning fee. Guests leaving the premises excessively dirty will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
-Does not include daily maid service. Additional cleaning is available for an additional charge upon request.

There is a $75 fine for leaving after 11 AM without warning.

The complex reserves the right of admission and permanence of the guests, being able to expel any guest who is in a situation of non-compliance with the rules of the building. If guests are kicked out for breaking the rules, we are not responsible for that action and no refund will apply. You are duly notified.

BASIC RULES:
- Parties are not allowed
- Loud noises are not allowed
- NO smoking inside the apartment

If we find out you had a party, there is a $175 fine.

Important
everything will be checked on departure.
In the event that the cleaning staff find damaged objects, blood-stained towels, makeup or others, the guest will be charged the amount corresponding to the replacement of the damaged object. Without exceptions.

.::IMPORTANT INFORMATION::.

Due to new hotel licensing regulations required by the city of Hallandale, the Beachwalk Resort will begin applying a daily resort fee of 30 USD + TAX for all new bookings made after October 21, 2024. This fee is intended to enhance our guest experience by ensuring improved services and facility maintenance. Reservations made before October 21, 2024, will not be subject to this fee, but any bookings made after that date will be charged accordingly.

At check-in, the front desk requires a credit card for a refundable $250 deposit from the building
