The hotel was overbooked when I arrived for check in. I paid for a King Deluxe room, I was put in a double standard room. After speaking with Expedia they said it was a hotel error. Nonetheless, I was traveling for an early morning exam nearby and just wanted the room I paid for. Terrible experience.

I left my laptop and keyboard on the desk, and when I returned to my room, I found pieces of the ceiling had fallen onto them, as well as onto the carpet, chair, and desk. I immediately called the front desk, and I was informed that the maintenance staff had already left for the day and that nothing could be done at the time. I ended up cleaning up the mess myself while still needing to work from the room, which was very inconvenient. This experience was quite disappointing and not what I expected.

Positive: Nice location for shopping and dining. Severes breakfast daily. Negative: Bed bugs and roaches in the room. Room service comes every other day but dont change the sheets. Sheet had red stuff from the bed bugs. Hotel told me to call expedia to get a full refund but I still haven't received anything.

In need of a face lift, that goes for the furniture to the bedding, has not changed for the last 15 years at least.No more free water bottles without begging, room service every two days only; big step down from Hampton Inn Weston accross I 595/75

This hotel is absolutely filthy. Dirty shower, wet towels, rusted handles and door knobs. The location is convenient and the staff was friendly but I would never stay here again (even if it was free!) There are plenty of hotels nearby, stay literally anywhere else.
