Too many items were either broken or missing in the room. Ironing board fell apart as soon as it was opened. Clock was set ahead by 5 minutes. Room had nowhere to sit except the desk and no table in case people wanted a place to put their food. The dining room had excellent food and wait staff! :)

Very comfortable rooms and great staff especially Chandra that works the breakfast room. She was wonderful. The front desk was very accommodating, pool area was wonderful. Nearby restaurants and a short bus ride to the beach.

Good clean property but it was very chilly in the lobby and the smell of an air freshener was very overwhelming. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay close to the beach, Miami and the airport.

Really appreciated the late night help at check in with parking and extra towels. Very close and easy drive from FLL airport. Super late on a Saturday night but surprisingly quiet. We all slept well and enjoyed breakfast.

I stayed for three nights. First day in room I called front desk to change my room because it was not clean toilet, counter top, mirror. They Was very prompt and professional. But on the day of check out while getting ready for my flight I see cockroaches running around on my dresser I have video evidence and showed it to front desk and I ask can I speak to a manager about this. It’s been two days and I haven’t received any responses back . I would like a refund.
