This two-story home sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms, each appointed with a flat-screen TV.

Sleep soundly in the sunken master suite, which has a stately king bed and access to the front patio. The en-suite master bathroom features a walk-in shower and a spacious double vanity.

The second bedroom has a pair of comfy twin beds, and two additional guest rooms are furnished with plush queen-size beds. One has access to the back patio, and the other has balcony access.

A tub/shower combination with fine tile work can be found in the guest bathroom on the main floor. Upstairs, another guest bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

A beautiful stone table invites alfresco meals on the tropical back patio. Fire up the gas grill and host a cookout after a relaxing day by the waves, or settle in on a lounge chair for a sunbathing session.

Head to the balcony to catch the sunset. There you’ll find plenty of seating and a dining table. Find more comfy seating on the front patio, the perfect spot to sip iced tea.

Great location for young or old everything is within walking distance beach, shops and entertainment. On site parking was a blessing and kept expenses down. Plenty of space in the backyard to store SUP and bikes. We'd love to stay here again!

As frequent travelers to the area, this house is in a great location, but will not be on our future stay list. Only two beach chairs were useable, 2 cup coffee maker for a house that holds 8 adults, electrical outlet exposed in bedroom, outlets on kitchen sink backsplash inoperable, HVAC filter old and dirty along with dirty baseboards and wall plates. Hopefully this can be addressed, as it could be a great place to stay with a little TLC.

Baseball weekend
We always stay in Hollywood beach for baseball games. With this property you can combine beach and baseball. It doesn’t look like it but this property is plenty big for a big family. From the front & the size you wouldn't think there was 4 nice rooms & 3 baths. Close to restaurants, shops & beach. Highly recommended

Nice location but has ac issues
The property was great for our family but has ac issues. Upon our check in on July 1st, the house was 90 degrees. We had to have an ac tech come out that night. On July 4th, the ac went out again. There was water dripping from the ceiling and we had to put towels down so we wouldn't slip and fall. This time we didn't get an ac tech until 4pm. The house was 85 degrees so we stayed out of the house all day. Somewhere in the middle of the night on July 6th/morning of July 7th, we lost ac again. We then had to stay out of the house another day and the ac tech didn't come until 8pm. The house was 85 again. Every time the ac tech came, it was for the same problem. The ac drip pan in the attic was full of water and caused the ac to turn off. We know this because we were there and spoke with the tech each time. We are requesting some sort of compensation for each day that we were out of the house due to this issue. If someone wishes to contact us, they can.

Location, Location, Location!
The number one value of this property is its location. Steps away from the Hollywood Broadwalk. The beach, restaurants and nightlife are steps away from this house. The property is cozy for large groups, but it is doubtful that you will spend much time at the house itself. You're ten minutes away from Downtown Hollywood with its weekend festivals, 20 minutes or less to the Hard Rock Casino/Hotel and 30-40 minutes from Miami. We enjoyed our stay. The off street parking was a great bonus, because $20/day in the lots is not good price point. The streets are TINY & NARROW, bring a medium sized car to navigate through the neighborhood. I hope to make it back to this property. We had a great time.

I DO NOT recommend this property!
Upon arrival the house was dirty, visible dirt and dead bugs all over the kitchen. Not to mention the cockroaches all over the place. My 5 year old son and 15 year old nephew were chilling at the house and a man entered claiming to fix the bathroom door. We were never given notice of ANYONE possibly coming to fix a door and mind you he let himself in because the key pad on the door does not work and the door does not shut unless it is locked to keep it shut. He entered the property with minor children home alone!?!? Vrbo claimed to help by starting a claim, told me to submit photos and call them back. I did. The next girl told me I had to wait on Vacasa to resolve the issue and they would call me. Well, no one has called me back to resolve this issue and I’ve made attempts to contact them. This is completely unacceptable! Needless to say, I’ve heard back from no one. Not even vrbo to be sure the issue was resolved. The first person said they would possibly move us for health and safety reasons…that makes sense. The second girl told me that my only option was to deal with Vacasa when I booked through vrbo.

Literally just steps away from the beautiful Hollywood boardwalk and beach. A much needed property and location after two long exhausting days of work! DEFINITELY looking to go back as a first choice, if available when we are back to work in South Florida!!

This was the worst vacation rental I have ever stayed in! We couldn’t get into the house via keypad and ended up have 1 actual key we had to share between 6 people. The house was so dirty, found multiple hairs all over various linens and towels I called about both of these things and they blew us off, then the towel bar broke. They blew me off about that…then the ac “froze” even being set at 65 and nobody came to fix it and the house remained 80+ for the last 2 days of our trip…I have tried to talk to someone about these issues and I’ve continued to be blown off…this was the worst experience and worst customer service even after the fact I’ve ever had traveling!

Great location
Great location. House is centrally located in Hollywood beach, near the action, and steps to boardwalk and ocean. Is has ample space for family and 2 parking spots. A cute patio to grill and one of the bedrooms has a balcony where you can enjoy the ocean breeze. The ac while a little loud keeps home cooled. In south Florida you expect to see a bug/ roach here and there. However, we saw bugs every day. We left a glass of wine out for about 2 hrs. While going out to grab a bite. When we returned there were 4 roaches floating in the glass. The home needs attention and maintenance. Several light bulbs out and fridge is missing shelving. I would not recommend staying in this house until the house is properly treated for bugs and properly maintained.

Location is Awesome! Beds were comfortable. no towels were in the king room but we searched and found some. bring your own soap they don't even give you dawn in the kitchen. there were German roaches in the kitchen area, took 2 days to get roach spray and trash bags. Our trip was delayed due to the hurricane and flooding and they would not let us stay an extra day or offer to refund us for the day we were not able to be there. We are Floridians and you should be more kind to your locals that are more likely to rent again and again.

Location was the BEST. House inside was nice. Owner knew that the dryer and the loudest air conditioner known to man needed work but never saw anyone in the 10 days. Had to wait for over an hour at night with 2 young girls until I received where I could use the correct code. On the last day, my adult daughter left 2 rings on the upstairs bedroom night stand (that's on us) and we immediately contacted VRBO. Got lots of apologies but no action from corporate VRBO, never heard from local team or owner (I texted him as well). This was over a 2 week period and still...nothing. BAD business and business practices all the way around.

GREAT LOCATION
This property was exactly as described in the listing. PROS: ice cold ac, steps to the beach, shaded front porch was great for coffee and people-watching in the morning, good-sized bedrooms, the place was pretty clean when we arrived, plenty of room for parking, close to great restaurants, good communication with property management company CONS: small living area and kitchen for the number of people it sleeps, lower-level bathroom shower door didn’t allow for a bath mat when stepping out of the shower, the code on the door didn’t work, and there was only one key for all of us (property management came the next day and made us more keys), several small repairs are needed (towel rack was pulled out of the wall/ drawer held together by blue painters tape/etc), the kitchen was not very well stocked (no corkscrew/bottle opener/limited drinking glasses) my biggest complaint was the dude who kept walking around the property and picking around in the shed (he claimed to be the property owner and argued with me when i asked him to leave, i saw him the next morning on my way to grab breakfast and he argued with me again) overall we had a great vacation! i would rent this place again if the property owner would focus on updating the broken things and stay away while it is being rented
