Clean and nice Appartement with enough space for 5 Persons

It was nice to stay here. The Kids loved the pools and the minigolf. The Rooms were clean and had enough space for everyone of our family (5 Persons). Nice masterbathroom. .

Beautiful property

We were there for my cousin’s wedding and had a little trouble with check in, but were able to get it resolved pretty quickly and they offered us 5 $10 drink vouchers for the trouble. The room was nice and the pools were very nice. We had a great time with our family. The area was great and the people were friendly. There’s a great little Italian restaurant about 3 minutes from the property with delicious food and drinks. The beach is a short 15 minute drive with lots of parking available. I would stay there again!

Family Visit

We enjoyed our stay at the Sable Palm Aires, very accommodating to our needs, the only problem was that there was only one working elevator. This was definitely an inconvenience. Also, the sofa couch is not very comfortable, therefore, would not plan on any adults sleeping on it.

There was only one working elevator in our building. Hopefully they can get the other working soon as it was extremely annoying to have to wait so long for an elevator, especially being on the top floor.

No Security or Responsibility

We were checked in quickly but sent over to what is referred to as a concierge but is actually a scheduling for a time share sales pitch. After clearing that we received our room keys. The security and safety at the pool is non existent. On Saturday we witnessed behaviors at the Family pool of twerking, dry humping of the children's waterfal and glass liquor bottles being passed around inside and outside on the deck of the pool. The life guard was being verbally abused and not one security person was anywhere to be found. Only 1 maintenance man came and picked up the glass bottles. At one point the was a wrestling and shoving match between the same people in the party and almost feel on one the my young family members in the pool. On Sunday the same party was smoking marijuana in the jacuzzi and same No security or Resort representative to stop it. I will never stay in a Wyndum resort or use Verbo again due to this.

Not enough parking long walk. Elevators are slow. One elevator was out of service for 3 days during our stay waits of 5 to 10 minutes.

Exactly what I needed!!

TINA!!! I can't believe I missed this survey......Let me tell you, I/We had the best time and celebrated my 60th Birthday to the max! The property was just delightful, I enjoyed the amenities, pools, jacuzzi, volleyball, putt putt golf, all of it!!! Our condo was just as we saw in the pictures and very clean. Everytime I come back this way, I want to stay here! Thanks for being so on point and hands on for all my questions. I would recommend this to everyone. See ya again soon! :)

Great place to stay!

We spent a week there in June. The property was so nice. Super clean and the staff at the resort was excellent. There was plenty to do for kids to teens. We had a great time.

Wonderful resort

My family and I went here for a vacation. This resort area had alot of things to do everyday. We were even aloud to visit nearby sister properties which was really nice. Our rooms were great. I do not have one complaint about my stay here. We will be returning to this resort.

Spring get away

We absolutely loved the resort. The staff was amazing and helpful. I had one issue when the AC would automatically shut down once the balcony door was open but the staff came first thing in the morning to reset it. My family can’t wait to return next year.

Perfectly relaxing

Clean, appropriately-appointed condos. Plenty of space to relax and find either solitude or activities. Property was apparently 100% full while we were there but the resort was never over-crowded, never fought for space by a pool, never over-stimulated by too many people or too much noise. After a very challenging 2-years this was a wholly appreciated reprieve. Much to do on site, restaurants in walking distance, and of course not far from all the Ft. Lauderdale things to do.
