It may have been a mistake to book this place for NYE. I was in town for a concert, and wanted a quiet place to sleep afterwards. This was not that place. It was less than a block from a booming street festival that seemed to go on all night, which was compounded by freight trains passing by my room throughout the night and early AM. Street sounds came in to my room through the bathroom vent somehow (including fireworks and screaming at 5 am). And my room’s wireless connection wasn’t working, which, with very poor cell reception, meant I couldn’t drown out the noise with ambient music (my checkin request for a high floor room was summarily dismissed and I was stuck on 3). There’s also no in-room meal service, so you’ll be door dashing (which was fine). I think if you like this kind of place you’ll like this version of it, but it’s not really a replacement for a luxury hotel.

I learned that the building is a condo except for the lower floors. (1) Important safety issue: The shower has no grab bar. That is very dangerous. I was afraid to ash the bottom of my feet. (2) Each hotel room should have a phone that connects to the staff and desk (3)The hotel floors' hallways need adequate directional signage.

Great 3 bed 2.5 bath condo for a family of 6 prior to our cruise. Lots of good dining options within walking distance. Great gym and pool area!

The property is beautiful and the staff were very friendly. The amenities are awesome, from the restaurant to the pool area. The rooms are lovely and much like a small apartment. I would love to stay here again, however… the noise. I didn’t sleep the entire night, and that’s no exaggeration, because the club music from The Wharf next door and the continuous trains running over a metal drawbridge that boomed every time the wheels hit the bridge. It sounded like an explosion over and over again. We went to a show at the Broward Center for Performing Arts and outside the venue people kept asking what the noise was. Some questioned if it was a series of explosions. The venue is a bit farther from the bridge than the hotel, so that tells you it is loud. It is unfortunate, and I understand it is all beyond Flow’s control, but I would never stay again due to me not sleeping all night. The club music ended sometime between 1-2AM, but the train ran all night. By 7:30 AM I gave up on sleep and packed up to head home. It’s a shame because the property is magnificent and very clean.

Overall, great place. Room was situated near train tracks on 3rd floor. Train impeded rest. In addition, service was slow. It took 2 plus hours to get a roll of tissue and extra washcloths. However, the room was very nice.

The suit was in a multi use complex with permanent residence and holiday accommodation. There suite was clean and well appointed. There are no daily services provided. Depending upon location in the building noise can be a factor. There is a new outdoor bar that plays very loud music into the night and rail tracks that run beside the building.
