I loved this little apartment. The outside has its own seating area in front & a common seating area. Has everything you need. Kitchenette with refrigerator and stove. Really clean and just a few steps from the beach.

The property was extremely clean at our entrance. We were there for 5 days. Day 3 I've noticed super tiny small bugs, I looked with google to see what there were and google said they were cockroaches (luckily we were almost out of there). The last day also the monoxide carbon alarm started to run out of batteries so we had to deal with the noise. The shower was clogged. The property needs to be updated. I will choose somewhere else to go next time.

Nicolas and Eleyns were the most responsive and helpful property owners. I really appreciated how easy it was to get into contact with them when need; you don't always expect that level of responsiveness from smaller venues. The proximity to the beach is also fantastic!

Great location near the beach and boardwalk! Parking was simple that was a big plus for me. Nicolas and Eleyns are very good at conveying information in a professional way with emails and text messages to make sure i was situated and happy with my stay! We had to evacuate from Hurricane Milton and we were looking for a dog friendly hotel. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at how close we were to the beach and boardwalk. The room was small but very comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen where we could eat some of our meals. Would definitely go back again

The place is very close to the beach. Parking was not an issue. It's an older place but they keep it clean. Not a lot of frills and thrills but that's not the point of this place. The purpose is to be affordable and near the beach and it served those purposes. Very close to food. Not far from Hard Rock stadium.
