The property was nice, staff was nice; however, check-in process was not great. Guy who checked us in said the room would be ready soon and they’d text us when it would be ready. We waited an hour and a half before we decided to go back to the desk and ask about the room because we never received a text. After that wait, they checked us in right away. Not sure if it was an issue on the text service or if it was just not done at all. The food options are there but not many for people who are Gluten Free (allergy).

I was not impressed the pools were closed apparently due to a water main break. The hard rock pool was closed as well so never got a chance to see it. The staff was alright.

2nd time staying. Our first day was a bit of a write off, the lobby was having construction done so they shut down all the pools for a few hours … the old HARDROCK pool is not open during the week anymore either . Marc , the pool manager was helpful but had no power to give us any perks or compensation of the resort fee for the day we couldn’t go outside until lunch.

The property outside and inside where were excellent! I found that the toilet room in our particular room could have used better cleaning since the corners looked dirty and there was debris behind the door track. The outside noises on a Friday night were from the usual jerks with loud cars. The restaurants were very expensive but the food and service were fantastic. All said and done it was a fantastic birthday celebration! One item checked off the bucket list!
